The sumptuous house features interiors and original artifacts which tell the story of the farm and island over centuries. Guests can completely switch off, enjoying coastal walks and cosy nights by the fire. On the ground floor a large and charming kitchen/dining room includes an aga and a gas range for the less adventurous, a utility/WC/shower room, and a master suite. A stunning, unique hallway and staircase lead to the first floor. The spacious living room has panoramic views across the bay and a multi-fuel stove for cosy evenings. There are two further themed bedrooms and a bathroom. The enclosed garden features outdoor dining and a summerhouse.

Backaskaill Cottage is a characterful, Visit Scotland 4 star graded, B-listed Cottage which provides heritage deluxe accommodation for a couple on the edge of the iconic mile-long silver sands of Backaskaill Bay. The cosy cottage features interiors and original artifacts which reflect the history of the farm and island over centuries. Guests can completely switch off, enjoying coastal walks and cosy nights in. The kitchen/diner includes a gas/electric stove and and an induction hob. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bedroom has an ensuite shower room. The spacious living room and bright conservatory are ideal for relaxing. The enclosed garden features outdoor dining and the back garden lawn is fenced and ideal for dogs.

Kilnbarn Cottage, graded 5 star by Visit Scotland, is nestled between two sweeping sandy bays and sits with its toes in the sea. Its picture windows give ocean views from every room. Beautifully presented in cozy Scandi style, it features an outdoor bath where guests can relax at one with nature and the elements. Kilnbarn has been designed with hygge or the Scottish version coorie in mind using colours drawn from the beach - its a cosy nest featuring calming colours, warm textures and a bit of retro fun here and there. The bedrooms are characterised by sumptuous beds you'll just sink deep into. The kitchen features and aga range. The quirky bathroom facilities include an outdoor bath where you can lie watching the aurora, the stars and the sea.

Boloquoy Farmhouse, as yet ungraded. Currently under restoration using original contents and artifacts to create a living museum and fully immersive self-catering experience. Home to the Fea family since the 18th century, guests will be able to live as the family did between 1880 and 1920. The farm includes a period kitchen garden, farm heritage display and native domestic livestock. The watermill and pond will host a natural heritage resource and wetland habitat.
