For over forty years Oakdown Holiday Park, Sidmouth in Devon, has been carefully fashioned by the Franks Family, from the open Devonshire meadowland to it's current multi award winning standard.

Our Sidmouth holiday park boasts a range of great facilities - all designed to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible.

If you're searching for a luxury caravan stay in Devon, then look no further! Our Cherry Grove, Hazel Grove and Oakgrove (Ground Level) self catering lodges are finished to the highest standard, with modern fixtures and fittings throughout. They are all double glazed and fully centrally heated. Short breaks are available in March, April and from October onwards.

Each has a spacious kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, full electric cooker, vacuum cleaner and is fully equipped for up to six guests. There is a large shower in the family bathroom with toilet and basin, and a separate toilet. Each lodge has a double bedroom with flat screen TV and the second bedroom has two single beds.

Bedding and towels are provided for each guest staying - if it is just two of you we make up the double bed only. Please do not hesitate to ask if you need the pull out double or single bed made up. The beautiful lounge has sprung seating, fold out guest bed, remote controlled flat screen TV, DVD player and electric fire. For everyone's safety and ease of use, our Leisure Lodges are all electric and luxuriously fitted to a very high standard. Electricity is included in the tariff price.

Ten of our leisure lodges are 'pet free' and we have six lodges that are 'pet friendly'.

Please note, smoking/vaping is not permitted inside any of our accommodation.

Clean Paws Dog Spa: With your canine friend in mind, the Oakdown team has designed and built this bespoke dog wash. It is equipped with a dog bath with a hot water shower and a doggie hair dryer - all free to use. The lighting in the hut is solar powered and the spa is open for use all day. We have also reduced the carbon footprint by using recycled materials from the site and local companies.

Dog shampoo is available to purchase from our onsite shop and cafe.

We are thrilled to have been awarded GOLD for 2018 Holiday Park of the Year at the South West Excellence in Tourism awards, as well as Gold in the Visit Devon Tourism Awards. Don't forget to pack your clubs! - Oakmead golf course is adjacent to our onsite shop & cafe and offers a well presented 9 hole par 3 course with some challenging holes for any ability. Equipment hire is included in the price of a round of golf.
